Fund Raisers
Anytime the school name (brand) is used to raise funds, the school is in charge of and responsible for the activity. Therefore, a fund raising application form, with details communicated, must be completed by the coach and pre-approved by school administration. The form requests the following information: the advisor, number of students participating, the purpose of the fund raiser, financial goal amount, vender information including name/address/telephone & references product information, patron cost profit amount, soliciting & collecting information or how and when you would like to administer the activity and how the money will be collected. The Fund Raising Application Form is available from the athletic director or the main office. All fund raising activities must be collected and distributed through the main office.
Tournaments require pre-approval, proper planning and advertising time, and staff supervision.
It is strongly encouraged that you not use fund raisers such as cookie dough/candy sales. These fund raisers have a high overhead and obligate the program to purchase left over product cutting into the profits.
Each program will be limited to one (1) fundraiser in addition to banners/programs and solicited donations.
